Refund policy

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, all eyelash products at Affluence Luxe are considered final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including preference changes or unused items.

However, your satisfaction and confidence in our brand are extremely important to us. If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong style, please notify us within 48 hours of the package being delivered. This ensures we can address the issue quickly and efficiently.

To submit a claim, please email us with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo and/or video showing the damage or mistake

• A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement item or store credit, depending on the situation. Please note that items must remain unworn and in their original packaging for any resolution to be processed.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
