Affluence Luxe is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Packages returned due to customer error

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of eyelash products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof. We may offer a store credit or replacement depending on the situation.
