At Affluence Luxe, we take pride in preparing every order with care to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition. All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. This processing window allows us to confirm order details, complete quality checks, and package your lashes securely.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days for U.S. customers. Please note that shipping time does not include weekends or holidays and may vary depending on postal carrier conditions or seasonal volume.

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number, which allows you to follow your package’s journey in real time. If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Affluence Luxe is not able to replace, refund, or reroute orders that are sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delivered But Not Received:

If your tracking information shows that your package has been “delivered” but you are unable to locate it, you will need to reach out directly to the mail carrier for assistance. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or mis-delivery, and are unable to issue replacements or refunds in these cases.
